I'M READY!Somatic Healing
In our faced paced society we are constantly moving. In fact, most people will feel guilty and won’t slow down, even for one day. What happens over a period of time, when you do not allow the body and mind to heal, is trauma gets trapped in our bodies. We all know that we create habits as our mind is lazy, it looks for the path of least resistance. This is the same for trauma. When trauma is not dealt with the body creates a pattern that becomes unconscious. The ego wants to protect us and this is how these patterns become embedded.
Somatic healing is where we allow trauma to move from the body. Yoga, in and of itself, is somatic. When you move through the eight limbs of yoga you are healing at all levels. The trouble is in most Yoga studios the majority of people find it hard to really drop into their bodies. When we move the practice of Yoga home, there is no judgement of others. You are more likely to be able to connect and release trauma that is stored within the body in a space that you feel safe.

All studio sessions are held online through Sarah Tricker Alchemy’s Website! Enroll in our exclusive monthly membership and join our live sessions, or watch the replay at a time that fits in with your lifestyle. No matter the weather, your schedule, or where you are join from the comfort of your own home.
Revitalize & Energize!
Thursday’s, 12noon-1pm, you can join our virtual light lunch flow. Vinyasa is the Yang, which brings heat through movement. Using breath and movement guide balance into your body. Concluded with a 15 minute Yoga Nidra. Accessible to all levels of Yogi. Gentle easy flow to energize your day.
Support & Restore!
Thursday’s, 2pm-3pm, you can join our virtual chair Yoga. This is a supported way to access Yoga. It is ideal for those who are less mobile. This can include, and yet is not limited to; elderly, people suffering chronic illness, people recovering from an injury or surgery, people with limited mobility, and pregnant women.
Harmonize & Thrive!
Friday’s, 4.30pm-5.30pm, you can join our virtual Yin Yoga and release all the tensions from the week. Yin Yoga, the feminine, is a flow that is based either seated or lying down. Finding the edge you will hold each position for up to 5 minutes. Allowing you to slow down and focus within.
Be Blessed & De-stress
Friday’s Yoga Nidra, 5.45pm-6.30pm, come and release all the tensions form the week. Yoga Nidra takes you on a journey through the five koshas. Also, fondly known as Yogic Sleep. Treat yourself to this deep self-love weaving between wake and sleep for inner expansion.
Community
From the moment you commit to this journey, your Yogi Sarah, will be available as your Yoga guide. This may include support with your Yoga Flow. As you move through the process, and your energy shifts, you will not be alone! Building a community of likeminded people!

I’m Sarah Tricker
Creating an online Yoga studio is very exciting to me. My journey of Yoga started when I was a teacher. When I left my teaching position, I also left my journey of Yoga for a while. What brought me back was the pandemic. In fact, my daughter and I used to do Yoga with Adrienne three times a week via Zoom. It was the accessibility that helped me create a daily practice, and ultimately led me into my 200 hour training.
However, there were some things missing for me. When I first started watching Yoga videos on YouTube my hips really began to hurt. At the time, I did not know that I had a weakness and needed to build strength and stability. I did not have anyone I could connect with to help me. It was very passive. I also did not know anything the philosophy of Yoga. The more I have learnt, the more that Yoga makes sense to me. We are only focused on one part of Yoga, and that is movement. When adding all the parts of Yoga the healing is deeper. When creating my virtual Yoga Studio all of these elements were important for me to bring to you!
